Buying a V1 from NY Help!

I am looking to buy the Valentine 1 Radar. I live in NY and want to know which version is most recommended from here. Not looking to get alerts from super market stores from K band. Since its common here.

Do you recommend v1.8 or v1.8 pop 2 euro mode?

Also if you are selling one please let me know.
