You do unless you can convince the company to pick it up.
I disagree. If someone sells you something with a warranty after already paying for it and freight. Why should the customer have to pay to get there faulty item shipped for repair? Seems unfair to me.
Profit Margins would decline. I suppose they could add to the price of the original unit, an average of one return per unit.
Still if you can talk them into it good luck.
if you can't afford 8bucks to ship it then deal with it broken
they pay shipping back to you
I know its not much money wise. It's the principal of the matter. Anyway i'll stop whinning now.
Belscort has typically picked up my shipping cost. I may jinx myself on the next one, but I have not experienced this problem to date.
Larry has been more than responsive to my needs and for that I am thankful.
I sent mine back via air freight (off peak) so i can get it back sooner. It still cost me $80.00. Next day delivery was $130.00. I'll ask the question when i ring them next week, about the frieght.
Typically you pay to ship it to them and they pay the return freight.
Now if you have sent it in more than once then I would say they pay it all.
