The Future of V1- Detector or Detectors - Typo or Clue

In the interest of fun, can I add to the speculation on the future for V1, whether there will be a V2, etc.? I noticed what is either a typo or a 'clue' on the new webiste. If you scroll down to the very bottom of their home page, in a long grey box, there are several links. One link reads: Valentine One RADAR DETECTORS. When you click on the link and navigate to their price list, there's only one V1 'detector', not dectectors. So I was wondering why would they use the plural form of 'detector' if they only sell one detector model? I know some of V1's competitors offer several different models, so if those companies have links that read 'detectors', it would make sense. But VR only sells one model, right? So why use 'detectors' instead of 'detector'?

Hmmm... I'm likely reading too much into this, right? I mean, with the timing of the new website, expiring patent and all; probably just a typo..... or is it?

Either way, whatever their plans, V1 FTW!

I'd say you're reading in to it too much. We're all anxiously waiting for something new from VR, but it's all speculation as nothing concrete has emerged. Just a revamped website a few months ago.

You're new here, so no big deal, but this topic has been beaten to death. You may want to check out the monster thread in the Valentine section.

It sounds like you have a V1. Which software?

And you're too lazy to add this to the on-going thread on the V2?

Probably thinking too much. I personally couldn't care less about a new Valentine coming out. I'm perfectly happy with mine, and will not buy another one until I have to.

VERY, VERY, VERY much agree. I love mine too! Plan to keep it for MANY years :)

Guys just having fun (as the first line my posts states)!! So uptight for people who have the best technology in their cars - V1!

I'm seriously having fun!! Which is what I think the typically V1 user does (serious driver enjoying the open road with great technology). Yeah, I'm serious! Lighten up! Re-read my post, "in the interest of having fun, can I add to the speculation"?

We're just grumpy because we have to go back to work/school tomorrow ;P
