x50 blue & x50 red sensitivity difference?
Hey everyone, once again I am back with a question about the x50, yea its getting old i know- but there is somthing bothering me about my friends new blue x50. His k band sensitivty is not nearly as good as my red for some reason. I drive by my grocery and usually i get a pretty decent k band false, his blue x50 doesnt even pick up a k band while driving down that very road. I know the x50's dont have a k band filter, so I am wondering- do they use different internals in the reds vs the blues other then the LEDS?

Engineering and manufacturing (cheap in such high tech industry) detectors makes them individuals.
Detectors are hand tuned at the end of manufacturing line then sealed. I've meet this before and it is certain that there are differences between X50/X50 or RX65/RX65 or V1/V1 ( ooops - not THERE  )
There should be no other difference between res/blue than the color of leds.

So there wont be any sensetivity difference at all?
