Well heres the quick story. I was driving down Queen St yesterday near Bramalea and i came across a peel under cover doing radar it was a laser gun. What type of laser does peel use? All i know is my STI picked up on it pretty good Didnt even see him untill after it went off. Probably cause i wasnt lookin:p lol

could u see the color of the gun?
I have seen Peel region police with LTI 20/20 (white handhelds) and Laser Atlanta (grey in color). They may have other types by now but the handheld 20/20 (usually white) seems to be popular. The traffic guys usually are Spectre equipped which is no problem for you with the STi.
the color of the gun was black with a little grey as for spectre i have gone by one leo so far and saw a spectre looking unit just under the RM and he didnt even look at me and the STI was on and detecting his radar. so any idea what laser gun is black with grey??

the laser atlanta also comes in white..aka the speed laser R...i have seen the quebec RCMP or w/e they are called using them

I'm going with Jerry540i on this one as he hails from that area, and know's what he's talking about and seeing ;). My other guess would have been PLIII as well jerry I definetly agree on that, I know michigan has a ton of PLIII's i've only seen like 6 of them in the last two years and i'm not on the freeway that much anymore?? I witnessed lidar being shot only one time in Ontario? Well I didn't see much I saw two guy's on an overpass then wella a OPP had somebody light up not 1000ft down from that spot. LI never once alerted or STi :confused:. I'm taking that though as I must not have been one that was targeted?
