I've purchased three of these. Never could tell them from new. Complete with all accessories, nad the one year warranty. Great deal.

I bought mine like that about 2 months ago. It was $359 as oppsed to $399. It looks brand new w/ all the accessories. It works great and I'm totally happy with it. The only downside is that I had to wait a couple days because they didn't have the returnded V1 in stock. As soon as they got it though, I was notified by email and I received the unit two days later.
Best and only deal out there for V1's. Indistinguishable from new. They'll slow down next month as the vacation returns will stop coming in.

i think they all offer a 30 day money back of some sort, which is good because most people buy without trying and sometimes when they get it it isnt what they were after, or it didnt work like they expected!

I. How to enter the Programming Mode.
Starting with the Control Knob in the "off" position, Press and hold-in Knob and at the same time turn the Knob “on;” continue holding in the Knob until all front-panel lights are on (takes about 5 seconds).
Release the Control Knob.
II. How to determine your software version.
Press and immediately release the Control Knob to display software version. The software-version number is four digits that display one digit at a time in the Bogey Counter-example: 2.869.
Note your software number, then see the table below for features that are programmable in your unit.
Press and immediately release the Control Knob to exit software-version display.
