A couple of those (about the RD... the QVC ones) are re-posts, but yes, it is pathetic.

Thats an amazing radar detector! It only alerts when you can aleady see the patrol car. That must be some really good filtering. :D

My In-laws have this model are convinced it is a awesome radar detector. I tested it out one day around town when I had their truck and its filtering is horrible it was beeping constantly, I never encountered any real radar but I am sure I would have gotten smoked by I/O KA, or really any type of police radar. It makes Cobras look high end it was so bad.

But why would the guy on TV want to lie to us? >.> It is obvious that this detector is the best.

Man, I hate that I missed this as it would have been a great gift for HappyA$$ for Christmas. Being he doesn't speed, and his car sounds like a penny arcade this would have been a good fit.

But seriously these things are nothing but junk.

It must jam the laser so it can give you time to slow down....I also love the avg of 30-60 ft. detection around the corner of k and ka bands.

This is a must buy for virginia travelers and D.C. Carrry one in your car so when U get pulled you can hand this over. It literally could save U hundreds of dollars so U would't have to give Leo your good stuff and all for under fifty bucks what a steal. Oh and don't forget our Canadian friends this would also be helpful. America what a place what will we think of next. With two installments maybe U pay one and Virginia would pay the other because posession is 9/10 of the law.:)
