Laser Interceptor is still on top as far as laser jammers.
The new Blinder M25/45 J17 is supposidly good performing as both heads fire together syncronized.
The MEM-TEK modified ZR4 is an amzing performer but so far the Escort team hasn't taken his suggestions seriously yet.
Erik had the ZR3's and got pulled over and the officer called him out at the guy on youtube. He was on a local news station as well.

The J17 Blinder was only tested by "Blinder" (there were non-blinder people present at the test and doing some of the shooting, BUT all the jammers came directly from Blinder and were not purchased blindly

Great summary by cVr. That about covers it. The J17 is already out, but nobody's tested it independently yet. Blinder wasn't completely happy with it and is now changing it to the M27/M47, which will be released in the next couple of weeks. Some sellers are already taking pre-orders. We expect to test it at the next CFL.
Atlanta Jammerfest will soon be testing a M47 J17 unit, assuming that the owner receives it in time and that he does attend the event.
