Re: 2010 Nissan 370z Laser Interceptor Quad
looks clean, love the car.
the issues i see, the front is a bit low.. but obviously you didn't have many options there. so be careful for ambush PT's.
are the heads on the back pointing straight forward? or are they pointing upward with the angle of the car?

sweet install :thumb2:.nice ride

nice and clean. any RD yet?
but yea heads look toed out like you aligned with the lower black trim .. but that can just be angle of picture?
Re: 2010 Nissan 370z Laser Interceptor Quad
Could be the picture but it looks like the Laser Interceptor heads on the front are NOT pointed 100% straight which will lead to high puncthroughs
I suggest the OP move his front heads so they are pointed straight down the road and not toed out to the side like they appear in the picture

I agree, it looks as if the OP mounted the heads to align with the body and not point them straight down the road.
If they are indeed mounted in this configuration he's going to get some CM PT's in the prime target zone of 500' or so!!!

Didn't StealthStalker get 1100ft punchthroughs when his LI heads were pointed off the side of the alittle?

Nah I believe this was in TX event
Anyways the Original Poser, antivirus6613, needs to fix his front heads so they are pointed straight forward, down the road, not have the heads run with the body lines of the car
Re: 2010 Nissan 370z Laser Interceptor Quad
Hmm, the pictures can be a bit misleading, the heads are straight to the road, the curvature of the car really made installing the brackets difficult so I used the 3M tape and tried to align them as much as possible with the road ( pointing straight) instead of the frame.
Anyone around the SE MI area with LIDAR gun?
I have a V1 paired with this and the other day I got shot with LIDAR from <800ft and he kept the gun on me for 5 seconds then moved it away, I wasn't over PSL so I killed the jammer but not until after he stopped shooting...im thinking he must have gotten a PT then. BTW I was in the middle lane doing 75 in a 70. Car attracts tons of cops...

Do not screw with LEO's. Kill the jammer and don;t try JTG, it's going to eventually cause you more trouble than it's worth.
Save the JTG for testing.
Re: 2010 Nissan 370z Laser Interceptor Quad
Yeah I should've killed it quicker, but by the time I was going to hit the switch he stopped shooting me.
I know I wasnt the fastest car on the road so maybe he took his gun off, or did he get a PT?

No way to ever know. Get it tested to be sure.
