Cool. I'll pass the word around in MD. I can vouch that he most definitely can test the install. ;)
Cheers.

After we were all done we tested everything.. and of course LI's held up. i will be posting Pictures of the install as well as the testing! Thank you so much Radar Rob! A+++ Customer service!
After i wash my car ill take some pictures!! (i have salt and dirt all over my car.. thanks to NY's first snow storm this year lol.)

"I found a weakness ... It could be because your car is dirty." LOL!
Rob, are you sure you didn't get the speed of the joggers instead?
Joliver, nice install but why waste money on countermeasures? I mean, it's not like a 'Stang can go faster than the speed limit anyway. (just kidding :) ). Cool video, thanks.
Cheers.

Oh man, those jogging suits are really stealth. Maybe we can get some of that material on our cars to test it out?

Re: eastcoast countermeasure installer
I would like to thank Rob (RadarRob) for installing the Laser Interceptor dual into my 2008 BMW 335XI coupe today. He did a great job. It was not an easy install and he came through and made it perfect. He had to customize the grill to install the Laser Interceptor and it is still very stealth. After testing the unit and making one small adjustment we had JTG every time. He used the True Speed and Ultralight I believe. I recommend anyone looking to get a Laser Jammer to have Rob install it for them. He knows what he is doing and is very nice. He also tests the system out unlike shops with laser guns that are used in the area. Thanks again Rob.
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
the heads are toed out rob
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
the way the grill is makes them look toed out. If I push them out any further there is no room for placement. A bmw install is very hard.

Tell me about it! Rob, this may be a new career for you! Too bad the demand is not that high although you could create a mobile install center and bill customers for travel expenses. I would guess that you would have a virtual monopoly on installing and testing.
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
upstate I'm looking into more options rite now on possibly going out west or fly to do install's.if I was to do that the price would not be cheap to install + my exspenses to get to the person.

Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
Did you cut all the way through the grill? Looks like you did in the this pic, but what about the other grill?Attachment 4978
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
I cut both grill's. I was tempted to use brackets under headlights. Customer did not want me to drill.
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
Looks very nice radarrob, maybe you can help me out?

Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
I'm glad you guys found the firewall. Good job Rob!
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
I found access to the firewall by going to the Honda Ody Club message board. Another poster put pics of a different install he was doing and pointed out the grommet he used with pics. That helped a lot. It practically saved the day.
So for those who are scratching their heads on where to find firewall access, check out the message boards of your particular make and model and type in "firewall" in the search box. Worked for me!
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
The vehicle forums are the best source for finding ways through the firewall. That's how I found access for the Vette as well.
Re: East Coast Countermeasure Installer
Went through the carwash yesterday and the heads held up. Will paint the screws black next.
