Hi i have just enter here looking for information for tune up an American Cobra 9450 for do work here in Spain. Its detect spanish Multanova 6F radars in Ka band but very poorly.

Welcome to the forum. I highly suggest you look into a different detector such as the V1 or Bel STi-r Plus. Cobra detectors are garbage.

The Whistler Pro68SE, XTR-690SE, Pro78SE, Valentine One, and a host of high end Bel and Escort models do very well against the Multinova 6F.

Welcome.
There are much better options. V1, Escort, Bell, or Whistler. Look around this site for information on your options but do not choose the Cobra. Your final selection should be based on your driving style, radar used in your area, your preferences, and your budget.

Thanks all for the great welcome, snoppy im agree with u cobra are garbage a friend give me away for the same reason i like electronic so i enter here looking for some service manual trying to calibrate it. Yesterday i sit at 5 meters from the radar with a liPo Batery and i get 2 points of signal of the 5 by S-meter display. I try to ajust the 5 screws of the conical antena without results, and i get some gain ajusting 1 of the 3
potenciometer. But finally this product dont work fine.

Im thinking to buy the Bel RX65-Euro dont forget that the Ka signal from spain is weaker than American signal. It have well name here.

Hey, I have Only u combi too and i say that im glad of it, and looking for a detector for my 2nd car a friend give me the cobra for fix it, but its useless. Im looking for online andorra shops i have seen a Bel RX65e for 300€. I dont want GPS advice in this car i use TOMTOM with updated radar PDIs. I Selected BelRX65e for the Narrow Ka that Combi hasnt looking for more performance.
