Is there any unit that de-selects factory-radar car outputs?

My radar detector still works as well as ever - although I think the maker went out of business - but produces more and more false-alarms because new cars have proximity sensors which are apparently short range radar. So if I coincidentally pacing such a car on the highway - the alert signal is constant.

Is there any available radar detector unit which can differentiate car-factory-radar from police/speed radar?

Today's detectors are quite effective at filtering these alerts out, some manufacturers are better than others at doing so.
