Something to remember the V1 as far as I recall has ALWAYS been $399 since 1991!!!!!!!! 16 years later and he sells them for the same price and you complain?

Non laser versions were $299-350 at one point.

Not complaining at all, just wondering what all the fuss is about.

Now wouldn't it be nice if Escort intergraded arrows into the
LED display ( < ^ V > ) . These would be about the same size of
the ( Expert Mode display) and could be turned On/Off in Program Mode.
Of course they would have to add another antenna, if I'm correct.


I'd pay $400.00 for that !!!!

They also have had that same ugly design for 16 years too :lol:

short term = more expensive.

long term = less expensive (upgradeable as opposed to having to buy new).

so I guess it comes down to how long you may own a detector and if better performance is important to you.

I have heard a lot of people complain about his over the years, I like the V1 design. I don't know why others don't but if you don't that's cool. What would you make it look like?
