it might be your hotmail account. VBulletin has it out for hotmail, from what I've been reading. most of the users that where banned from the import where hotmail users.

are you still not getting anything? I've gotten 5 more since the last email so the system is working... do you have a gmail account? if not you can sign up or I can send you an invite.
