FYI, fusion only works on Intel Macs.

Even the V1 without GPS could benefit from a software package like this. I'm sure some people would find a graphical user interface much easier for programming it than the built in system that involves pushing and holding one button over and over again.

The problem is that one radar detector alone can get a radar signal but it can't triangulate it, so it doesn't actually know where the signal is. It can know where the detector is when it gets the alert, so if it's in the same place every time when it gets a particular alert, it can block it out. But it never knows where the signal is coming from, so it couldn't put an icon on a map. Now if it could network with other people's detectors, maybe then it could triangulate something, I don't know...

I'm curious about how this "merge" function works...does it upload to Escort the "known false alert" locations that you have designated, and then add all the other users' lists to your list on your Escort?
The program 1st downloads your database from your 9500ci, it then merges it with Escort's, uploads it, then validates the upload

Not sure if it shares false alerts that have been GPS true-locked. I'm also not sure I would trust other people with this. Speedtrap and camera alerts are another thing.
