Radar Detectors - PoliceWorld.net Forums
I noticed this link when I did a search to get this website on another computer. Some of these officers appear to know what they are talking about but it appears that there are two people in that thread that don't have a clue. One went so far to say that Police technology is moving too fast for Radar Detector makers to keep up. I thought that was laughable. I wish I could of been a part of that thread.
The link is from four years ago. Why would you even post it now?
I just thought that it would be an interesting conversation piece. Many police officers have the same opinions that were shown in those threads, therefore it is still applicable today. I made this thread to show how naive some police officers are when it comes to radar detectors.
Lastly, I'd have to question why you thought there was any point in replying to a thread that you think shouldn't of been created.
Because we already have multiple threads about how police think our countermeasures don't work. Also, now someone could go on that message board and reply to that topic to bring it back from the dead for no reason.
Newbs...
I found the link amusing and it looks like others do too. Please refrain from posting in here unless you are going to contribute to the thread. I also find it funny that you are willing to argue about a subject in which you don't care about. By the way, thanks for the free bump.
Tools...
Haha, welp keep speeding in your hot rod "Hyundai" with your junk anti-countermeasures then.
Wow, mice really do attack when cornered. I'd love to hear you say that to Michael B.(I doubt you have the guts.) Thanks again for the free bump.

I'm looking forward to seeing you try that in the Whistlers forum. Be advised that there is a possiblity that you may be getting an involuntary vacation if you do.

We might be speeder's but we watch the road I can't say that for everybody else texting and eating doing make up
Not talking about the bikes who watch as they fly in the middle of cars at 120+ mph
when they are doing 75mph like what happen to me last night the idiot almost took my side mirror
Re: Police's technology is far ahead of radar detector manufacturers.
they do work provided that you use them in the right environment the cops doesnt hit you directly with I/O and the cop doesnt use laser and you have lots of warning time to slow down. most notably people think they are invincible with them and once they get one ticket they lose trust in the device but they dont no the limits so umm yea
