As far as I'm concerned it shouldn't have even been an issue before. But it seems that many of the people who wanted to to make an issue out of it haven't posted on the forum for a while, and were probably only here to start $hit in the first place.

I can't wait to see what kind of cops decide to stop and talk to you this time. LOL. At least I won't be in the car. I sure wish you had a spectre. You could give that STI a run for it's money and see what happens. Is there a bunch of snow up there right now?

Ok how about the GOL pick the one of your group members with the most experience and knowledge off all the detectors and radar guns. Everybody shipps the equipment to that GOL team lead to conduct all the test in one location. The price of shipping all the equipment won't nearly total the price of gas round trip for one GOL member.

I would love to see the newer Bel 895 and the older Bel 985 tested. After seeing the results from the Road & Track test. This will prove how good the 895 really is. I'm glad you are testing all frequencies. My birthday is on the 26th so I should get at least one wish. j/j.

Will be buying a new detector after your test. I trust the results you guys put out completely.

Those things are amazing. Self-heating hand warmers are the only thing that kept me alive back in my pep-band days.

(Yes, I was in the high school pep band...deal with it.)

you aint kidding. when i have a tournament in the winter times i always have some with me, you hands have to be warm. hey its alright, my friend greg was the guy that ran around like a mad man with our schools flag :lol:

I haven't seen the R&T test--please identify. Also, I'll send a BEL 940 and/or 960 if the GOLs like. I believe the 940/960/985 are all the same PCB and casting and differ only in software features. I may also have a 7500S to send. I've never seen a test of the 7500S, but I like the color :)

Now that Roy's going to be involved in the testing does this change the scope of what GOL will be testing on 1/28/06? Laser maybe?

Roy was present at the last GoL in august and none of the scope was changed. The testing done depends on the time available is my bet.

We are sticking to the main agenda first. After our main priorities are fullfilled then we will go from there.
