You'll have to do some of your own homework on that question. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that show reaction time response of many RDs to I/O or Q/T. Of the many I've watched, I don't recall those 2 RDs specifically that you ask about...I've watch so many for the Highend RDs that mid-Tier group just doesn't bring instant recall for them to mind presently.

Great question! And a loaded one also! LOL! Like RR stated, the lower tier group RDs are not tested like the higher tier ones are. Now, new designs can change the out look on their brands because a company can improved its products. In the past, Whistler was always faster than Escort, but that too is a loaded statement because of trade offs in design which gets very deep. In your case which RD? I/O can be deadly no matter which RD you use. Explain your thinking more deeply!........
