Dallas Freq's

I'm going to be in downtown Dallas tomorrow, Dallas County. Any enthusiasts have suggestions on what freq's I should put into my Scanner as a countermeasure. I'm mainly concerned with if I get pulled over downtown I wanna hear the radio traffic, don't know if I need County SO, Dallas City or both, also wondering what Skywarn is

www.RadioReference.com is a good place to start. I use it when going to different areas.

Yea that's what I used, but didn't explain what skywarn/races was.. Oh well I just programmed dallas city trunked and analog as well as dallas SO.. I should be set

SkyWarn/ RACES is the HAMs that call in weather reports to NWS and NOAA, handy if you're expecting inclement weather (first hand report not 3rd or 4th the AM/FM will give you) but not needed otherwise
