As I always say, forget about the bigger picture of such JT(F)G practices "getting jammers outlawed."
The bigger problem, I think, will be fallout against that specific individual jammer user.

I thought that laser jammers were *legal* in MA ?
I'd more think that they would try to get you for something akin to "obstruction of duty."
