Would wiring power to an LI from that fuse work so that the window lock will be your kill switch? I am ordering soon and have a Honda with that same button.

Yessir it should. I don't see why it wouldn't. The switch is a very stealth way to turn it off in a hurry, although, it's not too difficult to reach up and power it off. But what fun is that?
