I think the biggest part of losing it for an amount of time is that you have the initial shock of not having one. When I first got my Bel (Non-Roy) I had to send it in because it froze. After two weeks and still getting a we will call you when it is done from bel I decided to order from Roy. I am happy for two reason for doing that: 1) I support ROY! :D and 2) If one breaks and has to be sent in I have another one for backup. Of course if both Bels have to go in then I still have my back up back up Valentine! :lol: And I had to wait 30 business days for the first bel to come back. Glad I ordered that second one from Roy and it has been error free for 3 months now and still going strong!
