I have a 1.36 serial #342.

Originally purchased in March, '94. Still works & it's in a non highway use vehicle.

Great on K & X, just so so on Ka & poor on laser, which is front only.

An upgrade to the latest 3.872 will cost you $279. It's probably worth doing. I'm just keeping the one I have to see how long it'll last. Over 15 years is pretty amazing IMHO.

Well the 3.872 is reported to be a very solid detector. But it'll cost you like $140.
