What scams and crap? You get your money. You send your product. Unless you're dumb enough to take a bad cheque, and don't wait for it to clear before sending the merch, what's the risk? The seller holds all the power at eBay. Risk is for buyers.

Not the case anymore. eBay is favoring buyers more now. I'm not going to get into all the changes but sellers can no longer leave feedback...only buyers and jacked up fees.
Majority of the scams is sending overseas (you're not covered) or accepting Western Union/Bidpay and payment is fake. Or sending to unconfirmed address and payment ends up being from stolent account/credit card. But that doesnt mean you'll get ripped off all the time. Seller just has to know what scammers tricks are and how to protect themselves.
Gaypal and Egay is just that.

just an update, i sold it for 350, the guy should get it today, maybe tomorrow :)
