When I am getting out of the highway on the EZ Pass lane, V1's laser alarm goes off.
Is that normal ?!

Yes.
Many EZPass booths have laser vehicle size/presence sensors in the ceiling of the booth. These set off detectors.
Where are you located?
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!
If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?

That's what I thought.
Albany, NY ... lots of driving on I 90 .
Its actually more common than people using the search button!
I noticed I am getting far fewer false alerts on laser with the 3.872. Until this upgrade I was using a unit bought in 2003. Before the hardware and software (new serial #) upgrade my laser alert was set off by some neon signs and many car and pickup taillights. So far I have not got a false laser alert on this upgrade, but I know it's only a matter of time.
Happens to me every time I pass though the EZpass lane.
I also had a strange Laser false on I 90 yesterday. Wonder what that could've been. No cars known to emit laser signals were around. But who knows.
This only happens to me on specific exits on the thruway. I regularly travel between exit 23 and 34, and 31 in utica is always a given, the others I dont get with my V1. that is the only one I get false lasers on.
