Someone suggested sending it back for a refund, waiting a week, and then ordering another. I'd say call them up and tell them exactly what its behavior is and send it back for a replacement, which I would bet they will go through with a fine tooth comb before they let it go out. I also expect that whoever OK'd a defective unit may hear about yours from Mike V himself.Quote:

Does sound to me like you might have gotten a bad unit - if you give VR a chance though I think you will see that their customer service is darned good.
