You mount it to the car ofcourse. Vertically Polarized.

And no, for now there are no plans for making a horn.

It is supposed to be mounted vertically? The instructions say" For best the performance, mount Receiver horizontally, with a "clear" view of the road"

The brackets supplied don't look like they would be easily modified to accomodate many vehicles. I am putting this on an '07 BMW X5 and there is not really anywhere to mount the receiver that is not being blocked by sheet metal. Under the bumper there is no room so the only real option I was thinking was in the "mid grill" just above the bumper right below the hood kidney. Any suggestions? The red is where the jammers will be installed.

No prob to post pics: http://www.flitsservice.nl/cm_php/main_repo.php?id=3472

Was in the national news with it: RDD defeated ;-)

Vertical, because we have Multanova. For best performance on that radar you need vertical polarisation. On Gatso 24 it does not matter very much.

In France on the Mesta's you need horizontal placement.

So bottom line is: It all depends on the typoe of radars used in your country

yes I've already seen that in the meantime. thank you. i think i will put mine in the ashtray just as i did with the LI switch. once you close it it's absolutely invisible.

vertical for multanova and also for ramer7 and ad9.. i will need to find a place in the engine compartment for the antenna.. don;t want it to be visible. i know i will loose laser detection but that's not an issue with a jammer.

i believe many people in NL are very happy to see this thing on the market

I'd do it on my next car. I hate all that stuff hanging off the windshield. Having the detector hidden is a big bonus in many ways in my book, and with it being undetectable it just adds to that.
But for €1,000? That's well over 1,000 US dollars. They'd have to adjust the price on that some for my liking.
