I Just got my STi back with Ramp up Firmware

Just got mine

Card says : "Updated Software, sent cord, replaced speaker" and further down, it says "Rampup fix"

Also noticed, when changing my options back, it now says "Blcker" instead of L904 for the ZR4s. Must be the new thing they're doing since that's what it says on a 9500ix.

I didn't take note of my serial number from before, but it seems the sticker is the same. Also got a Smart Cord and 4 suction cups. Woot.

My STi now says Blcker w/ my ZR3s also.

Ooo, just noticed the autolamp (the light the flashes when you get an alert) is now synced up the alert tone. I did a couple runs on a K band sign, so you can hear the ramp up. I'll be posting those later today.

I sent mine away on a Thursday, it arrived at Beltronics on the Monday. By Friday of the next week I had it back in my car!

Im new to this forum, i just bought a used Bel Sti Driver off of a friend, and id like to know whats involved in getting it sent in for a re-program, just like what some of these guys did on this post.

Do I have to contact someone first?? and whats the cost??

Call Bel customer support and tell them you want the ramp up fix. They give you an order number and you ship it out (you pay shipping.) Wait 2 weeks and it'll be in your hand

Law says you can't sell them retail. E-tail is different and so are repairs.
