Bel STiR Plus No PC Connection

Hi all, i have tried everything, no matter what we try the STiR wont show up in detector tools, also when i plug in USB to PC it shows Unknown Device, we have tried a couple of PC's, new drivers etc but no luck.

Is there a driver for the detector I can download?? any other options?? i need help urgently please

Windows 7 pro
8gb ram
quad core etc etc

If you are using the USB cable that came with your STi-R Plus and Windows doesn't recognize your STi-R Plus then please call our service department at the number in my signature below.

Also try using another USB port on your computer.
