Default Blinder M27 on Ford F-150 Install

I got the M27 yesterday from UPS and just so happens I had a few hours off this morning, so guess what i did?

Yep you got it, replaced the M45 on the F-150 with the new M27. Took a few pictures for you to enjoy and critique.

About to do the same to my Audi. Need to run to the hardware store and buy some metal elbow brackets. The plastic Blinder brackets aren't gonna cut it. Any tips for me not covered in the installation instructions?

Also planning on painting over the chrome in my grill with flat black.

No special instructions other than the ones noted with the included literature. Make sure you have the power off and start it up for the first time with the switch in the II position. It says you may cause problems starting it up the first time if this is not followed.

Yeah I noticed that, thanks. Great install BTW. I'm going to go for the lower grill install first, then hopefully DJ can shoot it for me. Chances are it won't work, but I really don't feel like cutting up my upper grill. No easy way to do it.

    What brackets did you use?

So you are running the m27's by them selves. I know they are supposed and probably are alot better, but just two jammers for a f150?

His headlights are Veiled, and there is nothing reflective on the entire front end. I think we're going to be impressed with the results!

Yes just running the 2 M27 heads on the front.

I got to shoot it with the PL3 today and it was JTG on CM and HL.

The PL3 is pretty easy, but also about 75% of what we see around here.

We have a test next weekend so it will get a better workout then.
