    Default selling blinder on ebay?

    hey everyone,

i have a new blinder m45 i'm trying to sell on ebay. they removed my listing and they seem to be misinformed... they keep telling me the FCC governs this and i can't list it..

does anyone have any links / reputable sources? i'm just trying to sell this for some cash.. this is the email i got from them..

    "Dear Troy,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your removed laser jammer
    listing.

The listing was ended because eBay doesn't allow members to sell devices
that interfere with or "jam" the normal operation of police radars or
laser speed detection equipment. We realize that it may be legal to buy
and sell these devices in some U.S. states. However, we've decided to
prohibit them from eBay because they are not authorized by the Federal
    Communications Commission."

i told them that it was not in fact governed by the FCC since it is light, not part of the spectrum.... i really want to win here because there's not many places else i can sell it

    Craigs-list?

You could try to argue with the stupidity @ ebay... but to me that's just too much hassle... Craigslist or a local internet page.

Why are you selling a brand new unit (JW)?

Just don't say it's a jammer in the title or in the description.

It's so retarded, FFS. They're asking you to prove a negative, which simply cannot be done. There are no government documents showing that Beanie Babies are FCC approved either, yet eBay allows them to be sold there. It's friggin' irrelevant.

Yeah.. eBay really is the ****ter now but there's no where else you can go to get that much publicity about your product you're trying to sell...
