    Default Blinder makes a customer very very happy.

    Blinder international USA has made me very proud of their customer service today. Leon of Blinder laser USA was a great man to deal with, and his customer service was nothing short of amazing. He fixed my blinder m-20 without complication. The required parts are in the mail today, no confusions, no issues what so ever. I have never had such a amazing experience dealing with an electronics company. Not Escort, Beltronics, nor Valentine Research, nor LI has ever treated me with such polite regard. He even dug through old parts to find parts to help me out in a desperate time of need for countermeasures. Leon is a man of his word. He holds to his promises, and he keeps what he says in his heart. If you have any customer concerns he is a amazing person, and will go above and beyond to resolve any customer based issue. I firmly believe in Blinder, not only their hardware, I believe they have some of the best Customer Service in the industry. I will be conducting further business with Blinder USA. I will be purchasing Blinder HP-905's after this interaction. This has only shown me that the company has not strayed from it's way's of going out of their way to make things right, and to fix any issue in any unit they retail. I can not wait to get my HP-905's in September. This is the happiest day I have ever had since getting into the countermeasure industry. Thank you Leon for all your help. Thank you for the services you provide. You are a truly kind hearted human being that CAN NOT be replaced.     Awesome customer service is a BIG deal. It's amazing how that can turn a pissed off customer into a raving fan who talks endless praise about the company whenever asked. It's the difference between problems being a problem and problems being opportunities to have amazing experiences. I love hearing that Blinder can be counted on too. Thank you for sharing.

    Received my parts yesterday in the mail. Sorry it took me a day to respond, once again thank you so much Blinder for all your help. You have been nothing short of amazing! Installing the jammer today. Can not wait for this heat to let up. It's going to definitely help my drive through Ohio that is for sure. Once again thank you Leon for the parts, your a man of your word. When you say your going to do something you hold to your words. The gentlemen even shipped the parts at no charge. That is amazing customer service. I am still to this day in shock out how amazing of a guy you are Leon, and honestly don't understand how you could be doubted. Your a true genuine enthusiast just as the rest of us. Thank you for your patience, and diligence in this regard.

    If your purchasing product go direct with RadarBusters, they have great deals on Blinder and the rest of the countermeasures you might be looking for.

    Leon is a man of his word and it definitely shows he deeply cares about his product and will go out of the way to make his customers happy- I have had personal phone contact with Leon and believe me he stands by his word and product. In the good old western ways that would amount to a handshakes between two people.
