Escort x50

I have a 3 year old x50 in great condition with less than 100 hours on it. I plug it in and there is no initial light and sound check (like before) and it just goes to the letters BLUE and that is it. It does nothing. Is there some kind of reset that I need to do?

The X50's have been out for 3 years?! My god I feel old. I think it would probably be cheaper to wait and buy a new radar detector then send it in for repair .

Try resting the unit. If if doesn't work call Escort

Reseting the unit:
Push all three buttons while turning the unit on
