    Default Possible to back up 9500i TrueLock memory?

    What would happen to the TrueLock memory if you have to send it in for repair? Is it possible to back it up somewhere? Thanks!

    Good question. The USB port doesn’t work yet so you personally couldn’t save it. I guess you could ask when you send it in if they could do it for you.
