Default Escort SR1 remote radar dector

I am looking at a remote radar detector called an Escort SR1.

There is one use on Ebay. The high bid is only $61 and it is a no reserve auction. What do you guys think of it?

    I can't post a link.

Outdated, from the 90's. Ka band sensitivity is very poor by today's standards and that's your most likely threat.

If price is a concern you're better off getting a refurb 8500 direct from Escort for $150.

Don't waste your money, unless you buy it for a collection.

I looked at the auction, looks in good condition, but based off the M2 platform from the 7500, if memory serves me correct, plus the age of the antenna being exposed to the elements not worth it.
