Rear heads should be bubble in and stick out more, that wont give you much protection.
Front heads are too recessed, they need to stick out so they can see the laser beam at ambush style shots.
9500ci looks perfect.

Nice setup and car!!

Two things:

1. I'd change the control module around. With respect to the driver, it is upside down.

2. I would change the 9500ci's mode from Auto to Highway. You can even have it display your vehicle speed or voltage while driving.

I wouldn't. No offense to the OP, but with the way Fritter shoots, he will own that setup. Plus, Fritter and the OP live in the same city so I don't think the OP would want a local officer to get familiarized with his setup.

The set-up looks pretty good overall (100% better than the ones we normally see on 'super-exotics' or their likeness).

I agree with changing around a couple of things on it (especially the control mod as Snoopy notes)... but as for lidar: testing and tweaking is the only way to go to start.

I'd bet my bottom dollar you could set-up a day with a member or to test that thing against lidar... just offer them a ride in the beauty in return.

I envy thee so much, that thing is beautiful. Amazing ride!

So next time I am down in Texas, hows about a ride in that car? (PS: I might get to Texas ohhhh.... once in the next 10 years.)

You seem to be 'Ok' as far as the car goes (though a couple points are a bit close for me)... but the truck @1:46 seconds into the video would be incredibly easy for anyone with enhancement capabilities (read: most large LEO departments) to get an ID within 2minutes on your car/truck. I might be able to with just the Video on my HDTV to be honest I think... Combine the fact that the odds of someone owning an Audio R8 AND Tundra just like yours, with the same colors on both vehicles is likely rather small... so if they get a hit-back it is basically guaranteed to be you. The one bad part about having such an amazing ride is few people have them. How many R8's with your color scheme are in Austin, TX?


Just an FYI... but you don't seem to be doing anything too outlandish, so just don't post any action-videos unless you make a different account or privacy setting... but overall it is fine as is right now, and I am drooling.

I am just wondering why it matters if they know who he is? can they give him a ticket for just having them even though they are legal in texas? (this is considering that he does not post videos of him speeding/ breaking other traffic laws) haha i know this is a noobish question... sorry.
