Sold my 9500ix. Now waiting for something with arrows.

I sold my portable travel radar detector, the 9500ix. Wanted to get top dollar while it is still current. Will have to take it easy while driving rental cars for next few months.

Hope they launch something with arrows in the next couple of months.

Look no further than the V1. If and when Escort or Bel decides to add arrows once VR's patent expires, it will take awhile before they perfect it. Knowing how Belscort doesn't ever like to give anybody everything they want in one product, they will never perfect the arrows.

Interesting strategy. I guess that your 9500ci will need to protect you in every day driving. I'd be careful on trips in rental cars. I have no idea if / when something else with Arrows will hit the market. It would be great if a V2 hit the market but I'm not going to hold my breath. I like my V1 but would like to see VR introduce a game changer. STi R Plus with Arrows......now we are talking. However, Escorts does not always use the best parts in their new products (i.e. Escort IQ uses the M4 horn). I hope that you are right and new RD's are on the way.
