Hey guys,

I'm from Morris County NJ and currently go to Boston College. I just recently purchased a Whistler XTR-695SE, and have had it about a week now. It's a lot of fun, no big saves yet. Except a speed trap at the Rockaway mall where the PSL drops to 25 and they write tickets like no tomorrow.

Yea man, you don't have to tell me about that at all. I can tell you.
I got a ticket on 287 northbound by mm51 in Peaquannock Twp last summer doing 88 in 65. Admittedly I was probably going that fast, but was headed down a steep hill and trying to pass a truck that was looking dangerous. Nonetheless, I was speeding. But Peaquannock Cop got me in an unmarked charger, with an LTI Truspeed. Went to court, got it knocked down to 79 in 65.
The funny thing was, everyone at court that day that didn't have a DUI or suspended license had EXACTLY the same story I did. Such a revenue spot for the town. Especially since 287 only runs through it for .7 miles. Pathetic

That sucks and sorry to hear about that ticket. If you have the cash, it would be wise to invest in a laser jammer, either a Blinder Mx7 or a Laser Interceptor.

Yea that's really the next thing on my list. I was thinking of Veil as a more affordable countermeasure, but honestly I might just feel better with a jammer.
I mean of course even with the Whistler I still worry about laser traps, although for the most part I'm on roads that I already know where the traps could be so I tend to be careful in them anyways.

So what are the jammer recommendations?
