Default LI HP Quad HP Installon on 911

Had a set of LI HP Quad's installed last week by Raymond Allen of Technicar of West Palm Beach, FL (he was in the area and asked him to come by for the install). Really nice install IMO. Tested it out extensively with a LIDAR gun afterwards and JTG on every test at every distance. He also did a really nice install on the rear of the car, which is typically a little tougher with the 911's to do. He did a great job of utilizing an available porsche OEM rocker switch on the center console which is very stealth and a relatively hidden LED power indicator light. While he was at it he also cleaned up the (messy) 9500ci install that another installer had recently completed (and we removed the ZR4's and hid them above the fuse panel in the interior as I didn't want 2 sets of laser jammer's installed on the car). Pic's below (over-exposed the photos so the head's could be seen; the front blend in very nicely during daylight).

Looks great! What guns did you have it tested against?

I've tested 2 cars by that installer and believe they have an LR-B. Their install is normally flushed but level/corner correctly/ and level to the road. They installed Batman's GS400 LI-quad and Justin81 LI-Dual with both JTG front with LR-B/TruSpeed/ PL3.

Meh... I'm not so sure. I'd have put the heads much higher and turned the sensors inwards.

Sensors installed 2 grill higher is what I would have done and register the car in Florida so he can ride without front plate. I wonder if I can pick off those tail lights at +500ft since I'm sure I can at <200ft.

Yeah, without much problem. There is certainly a much better place and way to put those rear heads, but I have yet to see a Porsche owner with the guts to do it.

I like this spot. Cut the bumper and install with 1/4 inch exposed.

That black licence plate is definitely a plus for stealthing the rear heads!
