ah, found it. looks like a hunk of junk. its from taiwan. and it comes with a car charger adapter? lol.

Got the seller to send a manual for it my way. Blinder clone of some kind it appears. Manual refers to it as the ALF CT-12. Biggest advantage I saw is it has a volume control and a mounted power switch on the thing itself meaning if you mounted the control unit somewhere near you you'd be able to kill it. The price is certainly attractive enough. The manual is precise about how to mount it, so if you were to follow those close enough the rest would be in the hands of whether or not it worked. 1/3 the cost of the M27. Still a good $70 cheaper than the Laser Mask.

If you actually plan on using it to avoid tickets, save your money and slow down. A cheaper jammer that doesn't work will cost you more in tickets and insurance. You save NOTHING.
