Default Out with the new, in with the newer

Sold the M47 today. Think I'm going to give the LI a whirl. M47 served me well. Hope the LI dual does its job.

I was very pleased with the performance of my M47.
Thought I'd try something different with my new vehicle and purchased LI dual a couple of months ago.
3 saves over the past month.

Both the M47 and LI-Dual are exceptional units... you should be very well protected with the LI just as you were with the Blinder M-47 unit.

I've always wondered how people afford BMW's. I would love to have one, but just can't swing it. I became a FF knowing that I would never become rich, but maybe someday, after the mortgage is paid and the kids are in college, I'll get some cool sports car. But for now, I'll be happy with the old Subaru and the countermeasures I can afford

I felt that way before I ever found this forum. The thing that gets me is that it seems like many of the poeple I know who were well off before the recession are in a lot of trouble nowadays. People who I never expected to have fincancial ptoblems have lost nearly everything. It seems world has been turned on it's ear the past few years.

    Short answer: yes

That's because those people were leveraged up to their eyeballs to be able to afford that lifestyle and create the illusion of wealth. A couple of missed payments and that "wealth" evaporates faster than you can say "put it on my credit card".

You'll love the LI's. No regrets ever. Just install them correctly, level and get them tested.

Not exactly. Most of the people I'm talking about were very successful in realestate or construction related businesses. I do not know their spending habits, but they were my clients and never paid me with plastic. Unfortunately, the nature of the economic changes has folded most of their businesses. This of course, had a significant impact on me as well.

Now on the other hand, my neighborhood was full of the type you describe. It is now also full of forclosed houses (like many places). We have homeless people here, which we never had here before. If it werent for my family, I would be among them.

Anyway, this has turned into a thread hijack, so I will stop here. My opologies to the OP.

To the OP, you will be happy with the LIs. They are the best there is (you already know that) though.
