I agree. LI is the proven countermeasure many times over. Cliff's outstanding support and customer service makes a decision to go with LI an outstanding choice in the short and (more importantly) the very long term. AL G9 is very good product. But as it was said, the support is what is the reason to buy. And if everybody around you have LI, go with them.
In Europe, it would be different case, but for you is LI the best choice.

I was actually an AL G8 User - it was a good company, but you did have to send the items back to Croatia if you needed them serviced (happened once for me). It's an easy $200 shipping cost.
I sold the G8's on eBay after the TruSpeed came out, got LI duals, and never looked back. They're extremely effective and the service is unparalleled-
