Default Applause for LPP/KMPH customer service

I would like to thank Andy from LPP/KMPH for a suitable outcome to my dissatisfaction of my LPP unit.

He has investigated thoroughly into the situation and explained how this problem has come to hand. I have been offered a solution to sorting this mess out that I can say I am VERY happy to accept.

I can say convincingly that Andy takes all customer feedback onboard and strives to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

If the level of personal service that has been shown to me to rectify this problem is anything to go by, Laser Protector is a company you can't overlook when it comes to sincerity.

I now look forward to receiving a replacement unit.

Again, Thank you Andy from LPP and KMPH.

Fortunately, I am not an Officer (bloody pen-pushers, I am a 'real working' enlisted man), however I will accept gentleman, my better half may beg to differ

I was happy to receive your email concerning the issue and even happier with the solution you offered to solve the problem. I know LPP will be working hard to not let any of these issues happen again in the future and I wish the best for your products and company in the future.

    Cheers.

Just a short follow up on the service that I have received from KMPH/LPP/AntiLaser, it took a little bit of time, quite a few courtesy calls and a few apologies but everything has been sorted out regarding a few issues I had with my first LPP.

Again, I give a big recommendation to Andy (rip-nip) at KMPH in the U.K. for the tireless effort he has put into rectifying the situation and suggest to anyone that wishes to purchase an LPP/AL 6.5 to do it from KMPH via their website.

I have my LPP installed now and have actually been searching for LIDAR traps to test it out, alas, to no avail as yet. Every time I hear of one, by the time I get there they have moved on.

The new units have better quality markings on them with serial numbers now on the junction box, more care is taken with the construction so overall a better quality unit is being produced for the user.

Just curious but have your travels brought you through Kuwait yet? I had the pleasure of transporting around 60+ of Australias finest awhile ago, some of the nicest most fun people I've ever met.

And probably the coolest bduds ever. If the ladies where on par as my previous trip I'd love to do it(fly around aussies) again! :P

Hers a couple of 'dodgy' pics, can't seem to get a good pic because of the mirror type label. note that the cable loom now goes into the box completely (no wires visible) and I have marked where the serial no: is located.
