Do laser jammers jam the laser cruise control of some cars?

id say it would have some sort of auto shut off if it cant see where it is going(ie jammed)

Yes, but on the vehicle/cruise control manufacturer not the jammer. That should be dealt with as a fault condition.

What car uses laser for cruise control?

I thought Merc's etc used 24Ghz FMCW radar for their Adaptive Cruise control, as did Nissan's adaptive Cruise control.

A friend of mine turned on his laser cruise control in his 04 Infiniti M45. while following me

It caused my rear shifter of my Zr3 to go off, but he didn't notice any effect on his cruis control.
