Update for Ireland:

MultaRadar C (24.100) - 8 Van's now in Operation

RTÉ News: Contract for mobile speed cameras signed

The Government has announced the introduction of 45 new mobile speed cameras which it says will be on the roads all over the country by the middle of next year.


The Minister for Justice, the Minister for Transport and the Garda Commissioner signed a €16m annual contract in Templemore today with the commercial company that will operate the system.


The cameras were first promised 11 years ago and while Dermot Ahern accepted that there was a long delay, he said the cameras would save lives.


The announcement was welcomed by the Road Safety Authority, which said in the last three years, speeding killed 157 people and injured 310.

Laser
LISD-2M - not very useful, but very dangerous. 805nm wavelenght, 2220pps. Maybe LI, AL or Blinder can work with it.
AMATA - 904nm, can't say nothing more about it.

The best choise for Russia is V1. Also U can use Whistlers and euro Belscorts. Maybe some of ci, redline or sti (you may have some problems with quick trigger and Iskra).
And several words about PKS-4. It'is an old radar system used only on the road around Moscow and when you go in/out Moscow. We believe, that it works on frequencies below X, about 7-8 Ghz. It is can't be detected by the most modern detectors.

We have No Ka.

I dont know if this helps, here are the radars used in France:

Radar

Mesta 206 (quite old)
Mesta 208 => 750 are in use, 30 to 40m
Multanova - 30m to 40m
Multanova6fm - Fix installation in the back of a break car.

Magda - You'll find it on cars or on bikes - He takes the speed at 350m, and is always OFF, gets on with a remote control.

CERVA - In a car, he can flash while he's on stop, or driving (theres a calculator, which automatically makes the counting between his speed, and the other car.




Lasers:


Eurolaser - 500m range, and the LEO can see if you have the safety beld, or if youre on the phone - If youre hyding something, like for example, a V1, he'll see it too. He works even in night or under rain;

Prolaser III - You know that one

Multalaser - Same as Eurolaser

Romanian Police has 450 new BEE III radars with K-band antenna. They will operate only in Instant-On mode. They are installed on Dacia Logan MCV cars, white colour.

All Gatso fixed radars are disabled.
