    Default MI to PA

I'm about to go to PA from southeast MI. I want to know what I should expect, especially on the turnpike. Here is the approx route I will be following

    I 275 S until
    I 75 then
    I 280
    I 80 E
    I 76 E

Long distances on each, 50-150 miles.

    Map link below.

    My plan is as follows:
    V1 on A mode
    LI on.
    Trapster on blackberry
    Navigation w/speedcam database
    binoculars
    and my cousin as wingman

Keep x band on while driving in Ohio and you may want to keep it on while in PA also. Watch out, they use a lot of Vascar in PA.

If they be using VASCAR, most likely a low flying plane using the markers on the highway. Easiest way to spot the planes would be a scanner or your eyes. Keeping the sun roof cover open would give good visibility above you if a plane is flying.

You probably won't see Vascar for the next few days. It is going to be too crummy for planes to be up. You will not see laser, X band, or Ka band. You WILL see i/o k band and they are good at it.

Yes, that's actually what I was coming in here to post about. They are part of the road work signs. It really starts to work too, after a while its hard to be 'good' and slow down until you see the sign. I almost got a ticket once after 4 false alarms, then a "smart" cop using I/O K-band. I picked up a whiff but thought it was the false. Just was slowing down when I got a full blast of it.
