Exclamation Trip: Baltimore To Greenville North Carolina Help

I'll be heading home from WVU on Thursday Nov. 19th and then leaving for East Carolina University on Friday the 20th for my friends 20th and 21st birthdays. I need anyone who has driven through these areas to give me some heads up on any serious radar traps/lidar traps. I will be running my radar detector through VA. (V1) Heres a map of where I will be traveling from...Driving Directions from 244 Pearl St, Baltimore, MD to 415 E 3rd St, Greenville, NC I mainly need help after I pass Richmond, VA because last year we always drove through Richmond til we hit I-85 to NC. So anywhere past Richmond til Greenville help on traps would be appreciated. I don't want to deal with another roadside chat in VA or NC.

Haven't driven the route you plan on taking, but I'll just say that NC is tricky. Keep an eye out for bridges/overpasses, that's usually where NCSHP likes to hide. They also like to hide on on-ramps shooting in the rear. Visit trapster and trace your route to see what you might run into. If you don't have a smartphone, just write down marker numbers on a post it and place it on your windsheild.

Thanks for your replies. If anyone else has info please inform me. I will have a camera on the way down to record some videos. If anyone else knows any speed traps let me know. I'll be using a Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital Elph as my mounted camera.
