That camera guy is certainly guilty of having a little attitude with the officer, as something must have been said before the footage starts about the media location and needing to move, for him to remark "How hard was that?" to the officer.
On the other hand, the officer's reaction seems to be beyond what was required to deal with moving him out of the area.
Yea, because they told him to go to a media staging area but refused to tell him where it was... so he just went across the street, they come up to him telling him he can't be across the street either.
cant do nethin about that when it hits the media..leos should have been thinkin a little bit better than that
