"The 13-band radar detector will alert the driver of nearby police traffic activity on the GPS screen."

I read that too and I feel its bs.

I hope that the alert that they mention is visually displayed in a map. Can come handy within cities.

Of those 13 bands, Ka probably isn't one of them. Wonder which band Unidung discovered that Crapra hasn't found yet.

    Indeed:

....will alert the driver of nearby police traffic activity on the GPS screen.
Will this be based on some sort of real-time traffic reporting?

    That would be cool.

    I wonder, also, if it's a remote-antenna based model?
