OK, however...
Isn't the federal government broke with a so far Trillion+ dollar deficit and a 12+ Trillion dollar debt?
How and why then does the federal government keep dishing out 'borrowed' money for this kind of stuff especially considering there's already LEOs doing what they're supposed to be doing?

Its no wonder there's a Tea Party now!
